Terms of Use
Read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before use and check the product, price and renewal information before purchasing. These Terms do not replace system permission or separate consent for new data sharing and do not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
1. The service
VisionTune AI, provided by Pan Xueyan, an individual developer, is a local music player with on-screen and gesture controls, synthetic gesture visualization, classic and vinyl skins, full-screen playback, local lyrics, a sleep timer and ambient lighting. It does not provide an online music catalog or cloud song recognition. Features depend on the current version. Recognition depends on lighting, hand angle, distance, camera and device performance; accuracy and freedom from false triggers are not guaranteed. Do not rely on it for safety-critical control.
2. Acceptable use
Import only audio, lyrics and artwork you have the right to use and respect content licenses and applicable law. The App grants no rights to third-party music. Do not use it unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass system security or interfere with normal operation. This does not improperly restrict interoperability or research rights granted by law. Protect your hearing and do not operate gestures while driving or in other hazardous situations requiring attention.
3. Local files and permissions
Importing and deleting are your choice; deletion within the App does not modify external original files. Camera access is only for on-device hand recognition. Denying or revoking access does not block basic manual playback, and the gesture master switch can stop recognition. The Privacy Policy explains camera operation, backups, system playback information, optional diagnostics and external services. Keep independent backups of important files. No App account is required.
4. Free features and purchases
Local import, basic manual playback, play/pause/skip gestures, gesture guidance and practice, full-screen playback, local lyrics, the sleep timer and ambient lighting are currently free. Pro unlocks the vinyl skin, volume gestures and pinch-to-seek. Not all future features are guaranteed to be included. Available products, regions, prices, currencies, periods and entitlements are shown in the App and Apple's confirmation sheet before purchase; illustrative website prices do not replace the actual offer.
Monthly and yearly plans automatically renew and are charged by Apple unless cancelled in your Apple account settings. Trial or promotional eligibility and duration depend on Apple's actual offer. After the offer, renewal is at the displayed price unless cancelled in time. Follow Apple's confirmation rules, generally cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge; Apple may charge for renewal within the preceding 24 hours. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not an auto-renewable plan. It unlocks the Pro features described at purchase, not a guarantee of cloud services, perpetual OS compatibility or every future product.
5. Cancellation, restore and refunds
Manage subscriptions through the App's subscription-management link or https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions . Cancelling renewal normally preserves access through the paid period; expiration, refunds or Apple revocation can change access according to verified status. Deleting the App does not cancel subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's process and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed, and statutory refund rights are not limited.
Restoring requires the relevant Apple purchase account selected by the system and a network connection. Access is restored from valid transactions verified by Apple. Another Apple account, no valid transaction or a system-service error may result in nothing to restore or a failure; restoration is not guaranteed across arbitrary accounts or devices. We cannot read, select or change the Apple account shown by system authentication and will not request its password. You may contact support with a diagnostic reference and reviewed logs if a problem occurs.
6. License, responsibility and updates
The App's software license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . These Terms supplement feature and service rules; the applicable Apple license or mandatory law prevails in a conflict.
We reasonably maintain the App, but OS updates, device conditions, storage and Apple services may affect features. To the extent legally permitted, the App is provided as available without guaranteed uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate recognition. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be waived. Updates to these Terms will be dated, with appropriate explanation and handling of material entitlement changes or new authorization. Minors need any legally required guardian consent to purchase.
