VisionTune AI uses the front camera on device to recognize hand gestures and control local music playback. It requires iOS / iPadOS 17 or later; iPad-specific acceptance is ongoing and Mac is not currently supported. This page handles issues with VisionTune AI only.

🐛 When reporting a gesture issue, please include
- Device model and iOS / iPadOS version (Apple Intelligence is not needed; system and API availability do not mean every device's real-world experience has been validated)
- Which gesture is unreliable (✋ play / ✊ pause / 👉👈 skip / ☝️🤏 volume), the lighting, and whether your hand faced the camera directly or at an angle
- Fist triggers a skip: note your thumb position; punch hole never fires: note punch speed and distance
- Whether camera permission is granted and the exact on-screen message
- App version and steps to reproduce
💡 VisionTune AI never displays, records or uploads your camera feed; hand recognition happens on device. Use Settings → Gesture Control to disable individual gestures, turn gestures off or open safe practice. On-screen playback controls still work if you decline camera access. Describe the exact scenario so we can investigate.
🧾 Purchases and diagnostic logs
Pro vinyl, volume gestures and pinch-to-seek use Apple in-app purchases. Restore using the Apple account used for the original purchase; Apple manages renewal cancellation and refunds. For support, include the app version, product plan, error message and time of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or complete receipts.
Diagnostic logs stay on device and are not automatically uploaded. A recipient receives them only when you choose to copy, share or email them. Logs may contain device/system versions, song filenames, product and transaction identifiers, expiration dates and error details. Review and remove anything you do not wish to share. Feedback we receive is used for support and troubleshooting; see the Privacy Policy.
