📄 DayFlow AI Terms of Use
1. The service
DayFlow AI is a local-first personal management app for events, todos, running, ledger, statistics, data export/import, an AI Assistant and optional multi-device sync. Core records are processed on your device. We do not provide an account, a server-side AI gateway or a hosted storage service.
2. Your content and acceptable use
You retain rights to the content you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality and for obtaining any permission needed to record another person's information. Do not use the app to violate law, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, attack or reverse-engineer the app, distribute malware, create mass fake data, or resell the app as a competing product.
3. AI Assistant and generated content
Apple on-device responses are generated by Apple Intelligence on supported devices. Custom-model responses are generated by the provider you configure through OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic Messages APIs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your situation. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice; verify it before relying on it.
The interface identifies AI-generated replies with a visible notice such as “The following content is AI-generated. Please verify it yourself” and an “AI-generated” label. Do not remove or misrepresent these labels when sharing AI output.
4. Cloud sync and external services
If you enable sync, incremental JSONL operations are written to your own iCloud container (iCloud.cn.dayflow) or an authorized cloud-drive folder. Sync and map, calendar, notification, Apple App Store and model-provider services are operated by third parties and may be unavailable, changed or subject to their own terms. Keep a local export before uninstalling, changing devices or accounts.
5. Disclaimers and data loss
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayFlow AI is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation. Bugs, OS changes, permission choices, GPS conditions, notification scheduling, device failure, network failure, third-party outages, unauthorized copies, accidental deletion, incorrect imports and sync conflicts may cause inaccurate results or permanent data loss. Back up regularly using Profile → Data → Export. Running metrics are not a substitute for a professional sports or medical device, and DayFlow AI must not be used for emergency or critical reminders.
6. Apple purchases
DayFlow AI is free to download and offers optional Pro features through Apple App Store monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions (including a one-month introductory trial for eligible users) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices, taxes and eligibility are shown by Apple at purchase. A subscription renews unless cancelled through Apple before the current period ends. Apple processes payment, renewals, cancellations, restoration and refunds; we do not receive your payment-card details. Trial conversion and refund eligibility are controlled by Apple's rules.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a new version and, where appropriate, showing an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may restrict access if necessary to address serious abuse or legal requirements.
8. Liability and disputes
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that limitation, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected purchase during the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, or unrecoverable data to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Disputes should first be discussed in good faith and may then be brought before a competent court.
