DayFlow User Agreement

Effective: July 8, 2026 · Updated: August 17, 2026 · Version 1.2-free

Welcome to DayFlow. This Agreement is between you and the developer Pan Xueyan (we / us) regarding your use of DayFlow. Please read it carefully. By tapping Agree, or installing / launching this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

1. Service

DayFlow is a local-first personal daily management app that provides:

  • Event management: create, view, and edit events; optionally sync to the system calendar
  • Todos: create, check off, and categorize; local reminders
  • Running: GPS tracking of route, distance, pace; running plans
  • Ledger: transactions, monthly budgets, spending statistics
  • Data management: local export / import, data cleanup

All features run entirely on your device with no dependency on our servers and no network dependency. This edition does not provide any networked artificial-intelligence feature, nor multi-device data synchronization.

2. Account and identity

DayFlow does not require account registration, phone number, or email verification. Identity information you enter (such as a nickname) is used only for on-device personalization and is not shared with us.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the app for any activity that violates applicable laws of the People's Republic of China
  • Do not use the app to record, store, or disseminate the private or unlawful information of others
  • Do not reverse engineer, crack, inject, or forge the app or its runtime
  • Do not use the app or its source code to produce commercial products that closely imitate it
  • Do not use automated scripts to mass-produce fake data that pollutes statistics

4. Intellectual property

The name (both 日流 and DayFlow), logo, UI, source code, and documentation of this app are owned by the developer Pan Xueyan. Unless otherwise permitted by law, no one may copy, distribute, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Content you enter (events, todos, runs, transactions, avatar, etc.) belongs to you. We claim no rights over it.

5. Disclaimers

Please read this section carefully. As a product by an individual developer (Pan Xueyan), we do our best to ensure availability and stability, but you assume the risks described below:
  • Data loss risk: data is stored locally. Uninstall, cache clearing, device change, system failure, or factory reset may cause data loss. Please back up regularly via the export feature
  • GPS accuracy: running tracks depend on device GPS and the OS location service; tunnels, tall buildings, garages, and bad weather affect accuracy
  • Reminder reliability: local notifications depend on OS scheduling and may be affected by battery saver, do-not-disturb, background limits, or system cleanup
  • System calendar sync: after syncing, changes made in the system calendar are not observed by DayFlow — the in-app view is the source of truth
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for service disruption caused by earthquakes, fires, floods, war, government action, or regulatory changes

6. Fees

DayFlow V1.0 on iOS and Android is completely free with no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium tiers. We commit: all features in the iOS / Android V1.0 release and its subsequent minor updates (v1.x) will remain free forever. We may release a Pro version or new platforms such as macOS / Windows desktop in the future. If we do, Pro and desktop platforms will only add advanced features on top of the iOS / Android V1.0 baseline or provide support for the new platform, and will never move any existing iOS / Android V1.0 feature behind a paywall in any form.

7. Changes and termination

We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Updates will be announced in-app or in the docs. Continued use of the app after an update indicates acceptance. If you disagree, please stop using and uninstall the app.

8. ICP filing

This app has completed mobile application filing with the Chinese authorities. APP filing number: 京ICP备2026052489号-1A, verifiable at https://beian.miit.gov.cn.

9. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the matter before the competent people's court in the developer's jurisdiction.
